255 grams of oat flakes
236 grams of dark chocolate chips
230 gr of butter
125 grams of peanut butter
110 grams of brown sugar
vanilla extract.

Put the butter and brown sugar in a saucepan and heat over medium heat. Combine a few drops of vanilla extract and oat flakes in the pot with the mixture. Continue cooking for a few minutes, without stopping stirring.

Cover a baking sheet with a piece of parchment paper and spread a part of the mixture on top of it.

Inside a container suitable for cooking in the microwave oven, put the peanut butter with the chocolate chips. Cook in the microwave until a smooth and homogeneous cream is obtained.

Transfer a part of the peanut butter and chocolate cream over the mixture, spreading it evenly. Add the last layer of butter, sugar and oat-based mixture and finish with the cream.

Once your cake is composed, let it harden in the refrigerator for a couple of hours or until the following day.
Garnish to taste.
