Vegan beetroot salad

150 gr cooked beets
1 turnip
1 apple cut into cubes
200 gr cooked chickpeas
1 tablespoon of almond butter
1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
optional: lemon juice, black pepper, salt

Cut the beetroot and turnip
Mix all the ingredients listed in a bowl
Season with lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste
